The balcony view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing. The beautiful twin room provided ample space for family with children to relax together.

The hotel lacked engaging activities for children on-site.

I had such a lovely stay! The waterfall shower was a dream, and the cod in lobster bisque was a culinary highlight. The Cafe Gourmand was the perfect sweet ending to my day.

I had a lovely time enjoying the cozy garden area and relaxing on the sun terrace. The only downside was the room's cleanliness, which could have used a bit more attention. It was a good stay and I'd recommend checking it out 🌞

We spent our stay enjoying the fine Eiffel Tower view from our room's balcony. Housekeeping was timely and ensured fresh water daily. Our only hiccup was breakfast, arriving just before close, we found limited options. Still, the ambiance and service overall was so good. Pro tip, arrive early for breakfast to enjoy a wider selection!

I enjoyed the amazing view of the Eiffel Tower right from my room. The space was modern and the decor inviting. The lobby felt chic and was great. The breakfast offered a generous selection with fresh pastries. Location was unbeatable, just a short walk to the tower and other attractions. The check-in process was frustrating. I waited longer than expected and was initially given a room on a lower floor despite my request for a high floor. The noise from the street can be overwhelming, especially at night. Some staff were friendly, but others seemed a bit indifferent or rushed was good. I also faced issues with room service being delayed. It's a fantastic place for the view, but some improvements are definitely needed in service and noise control.

Would recommend for a date night

Cozy room, comfortable bed, with a fine view of the Eiffel Tower. The location is convenient with easy access to the metro just a 5-minute walk away.

The nice view combined with the staff's attentive service. While the room wasnice and neat, issues arose with key resets and package delivery that caused some frustration. Breakfast options were diverse, including a good fried fish option, though some service hiccups were noticeable .

The hotel is nice, and has wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me with sim cards on my first stay. Helene made everything easy. I highly recommend it for a weekend getaway!

The dining scene is ace! Frame Brasserie is just a hop, skip away and serves up a delicious array of local flavors that'll make your taste buds sing. Plus, their in-room breakfast is the perfect way to start the day, especially with a view of the Eiffel Tower right outside. The early access to our room was a cherry on top!

The reception staff were a bit of a letdown, unhelpful when I needed an extra chair . They nudged me to book a table instead. The manager stepped in to save the day was nice.
